Privacy Policy

LLMandell.AI LLC (“LLMandell.AI”, “we”, “us”) operates llmandell.ai. We provide AI strategy and advisory services to hedge funds and investment managers. We are based in New York. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@llmandell.ai.

This policy covers the public marketing site at llmandell.ai and the invite-only demos area at llmandell.ai/demos. It does not cover services we perform for clients under a separate engagement agreement, which are governed by that agreement.

The public pages do not require an account and do not use advertising or analytics trackers. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time of request. We use those logs only to operate and secure the site.

If you email us at info@llmandell.ai, we keep the correspondence so we can respond to you.

The demos area is limited to people we have invited. To enter it you sign in with a Google account. When you do, Google sends us the following from your Google profile:

• Your email address, which we use to check that you are on the invite list and to identify you inside the demos area.
• Your name, which we store alongside your email so we know who each invited account belongs to.
• Your profile photo URL, which is shown in the app bar while you are signed in. It is held in your session cookie and is not stored in our database.

We keep an invite list containing each invited email address, the name Google reported, who added the invitation, the date it was created and the time of the most recent sign-in. That list is stored in a MongoDB Atlas database that only LLMandell.AI administers.

A signed session cookie keeps you logged in. It expires no later than 24 hours after you sign in. We do not use it for any purpose other than authentication.

We also keep a simple activity log for the demos area. Each entry records your email address, the name Google reported, whether the event was a sign-in or a page view, the in-app page viewed, and the time. The log does not record your IP address, browser details, referrer or anything you typed. Entries are deleted automatically after 90 days. Only LLMandell.AI administrators can see the log, and we use it to understand who is using the demos and which ones.

We use sign-in and activity information solely to control access to the demos area and to understand who is using it. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell it or share it with advertisers.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only the basic profile and email scopes needed to sign you in. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or any other Google data.

The demos connect to third-party financial data providers and to AI models to answer the requests you make inside them. The text of a request you submit, such as a company name or a question typed into a chat panel, may be sent to those providers so they can fulfil it. We do not send your Google profile information to them.

Each provider processes that data under its own terms and privacy policy. We choose providers that are appropriate for professional financial research and we do not send them more than is needed to answer the request.

• Invite list entries are kept until the invitation is removed or you ask us to delete it.
• Demos activity log entries are deleted automatically after 90 days.
• Session cookies expire within 24 hours and are not retained server-side.
• Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period under its standard log retention.
• Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for the business relationship.

• You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Doing so does not delete your invite list entry.
• To have your invite list entry and activity log entries deleted, or to ask what information we hold about you, email info@llmandell.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
• Signing out of the demos area clears the session cookie from your browser.

The site is served over HTTPS. Session cookies are signed, marked HTTP-only and cannot be read by scripts on the page. Access to the invite list database is restricted to LLMandell.AI. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The site is intended for investment professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
