Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and LLMandell.AI LLC (“LLMandell.AI”, “we”, “us”). By using llmandell.ai, including the demos area, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Everything on this site, including the demos, is provided for general information and evaluation purposes only. Nothing on the site is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and nothing is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security or other financial instrument. Do not make investment decisions based on content from this site.

Advisory services are provided only under a separate written engagement agreement. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the engagement agreement controls for that work.

The demos area at llmandell.ai/demos is limited to people we have invited. Access requires signing in with a Google account that is on our invite list. We may add, remove or suspend access at any time, for any reason, without notice.

The demos are prototypes built to illustrate what AI tooling for investment research can do. They may be incomplete, contain errors, change without notice or be withdrawn at any time. Data shown in them may be delayed, sampled, cached or synthetic.

When using the demos area, you agree not to:

• Share your access with anyone else or let another person use your signed-in session.
• Scrape, crawl, bulk-download or systematically extract data from the demos.
• Redistribute, resell or publish data or output obtained from the demos.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities or interfere with the operation of the site.
• Reverse engineer the demos or use them to build a competing product.
• Use the site in any way that violates applicable law or the terms of the third-party data providers described below.

The demos display data licensed from third-party providers, including financial data vendors, transcript and filings services, court records and AI model providers. That data belongs to those providers and is subject to their own terms. Your use of the demos is a limited, non-transferable permission to view that data for evaluation only. We do not grant you any rights in it beyond that.

Output generated by AI models inside the demos may be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify anything important against primary sources.

The site, its design, text, code and the demos are owned by LLMandell.AI or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. The LLMandell.AI name and logo are our trademarks. You may not use them without our written permission. You may view the public pages for your own reference, but you may not copy or republish them.

The site and the demos are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any data shown is accurate or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LLMandell.AI and its members, officers and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of the site or the demos, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LLMandell.AI from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or the demos.

We may suspend or end your access to the demos area at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive, including the intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability and indemnity sections, continue to apply after access ends.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of the page shows the most recent version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
